EURAXESS – Researchers in Motion is a European initiative aimed at helping to develop the careers of researchers wishing to conduct research abroad. The National Centre for Nuclear Research is one of nine Polish institutions that joined the EURAXESS network in March.

The European network EURAXESS – Researchers in Motion includes more than 1500 individuals from 650 organisations in 43 countries. Nine Polish institutions have recently joined the network:

• Maciej Nałęcz Institute of Biocybernetics and Biomedical Engineering PAN
• Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry of the Polish Academy of Sciences
• International Institute of Molecular and Cell Biology in Warsaw
• National Centre for Nuclear Research
• Silesian University of Technology
• Jagiellonian University
• Jan Długosz University in Częstochowa
• University of Łódź
• University of Rzeszów

EURAXESS Poland will support the career development and international mobility of researchers wishing to carry out research in our country through the exchange of knowledge, experience and good practices between network members. Members will also be able to participate in European initiatives, projects and events, as well as establish contacts with the international community helping researchers. The EURAXESS Poland initiative is coordinated by the National Agency for Academic Exchange.
