INFORMATION CLAUSE ON PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

at the National Centre for Nuclear Research

 

Following Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC, please be advised that:

  1. The administrator of your personal data is the National Centre for Nuclear Research (hereinafter NCBJ) at Andrzej Sołtan 7, 05-400 Otwock, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIV Economic Department of the National Court Register, under the number KRS 0000171393, REGON 001024043, NIP 532-010-01-25.

  1. In connection with the processing of personal data for the purposes referred to in point 4, the recipients of your personal data may be:
    1. public authorities and entities performing public tasks or acting on behalf of public authorities, to the extent and for purposes that result from the provisions of generally applicable law;
    2. other entities that, based on relevant agreements, signed with NCBJ process personal data for which the Controller is NCBJ.
  2. Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes set out in point 4, and after that for the period and to the extent required by the provisions of generally applicable law.
  3. In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the following rights:
    1. the right to access personal data and receive a copy thereof,
    2. the right to request rectification of personal data,
    3. the right to request the deletion of personal data (the so-called right to be forgotten),
    4. the right to request the restriction of the processing of personal data,
    5. the right to transfer personal data,
    6. the right to object to the processing of personal data,
    7. the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data.
  4. If you become aware of the unlawful processing of your personal data at the NCBJ, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
  5. In a situation where the processing of personal data is based on the consent of the data subject, providing your personal data to the Administrator is voluntary.
  6. Providing your personal data is mandatory when the premise for processing personal data is a legal provision or an agreement concluded between the parties.
  7. The above rights should be directed to NCBJ in accordance with the data provided at the beginning. If NCBJ will not be able to determine the content of the request or identify the person submitting the application based on the application, NCBJ will ask the applicant for additional information. Replies to the application will be given immediately, not later than within one month of its receipt. If it is necessary to extend this deadline, NCBJ will inform the applicant about the reasons for such extension. The answer will be given to the e-mail address from which the application Was sent, and in the case of applications sent by letter, by registered mail to the address indicated by the applicant, unless the content of the letter indicates the desire to receive feedback to the e-mail address (in this case you must provide an e-mail address).
