On 17 November, the grand finale of the 5th edition of the PR Wings competition took place. The National Centre for Nuclear Research won an award in the ‘Industry, Chemistry and Energy’ category for its campaign created for the FISA-EURADWASTE 2025 & SNETP Forum conference.
The campaign, prepared by the NCBJ Communication Team, allowed the achievements of Polish scientists to be presented at an international conference, particularly in the field of nuclear research and technology. Thanks to the creative approach, it was also possible to present a major scientific event in an attractive and modern way. As a result, the conference attracted the attention of both specialists and people who were not previously involved in the subject.
During a gala ceremony at the Norblin Factory in Warsaw, NCBJ received one of 32 PR Wings 2025 statuettes for winning in the ‘Industry, chemistry and energy’ category. The winners were selected from a record number of 211 entries.
- This year's PR Wings competition shows that the PR industry in Poland skilfully combines modern communication tools with values that are key today – education, social responsibility and authenticity. This is what contemporary PR looks like – aware of its role and effective in its actions - said Jakub Zajdel, Chairman of the PR Wings Organising Committee.
The PR Wings competition is one of the most important events in the communications industry in Poland. It is aimed at the most creative and effective PR professionals. Its aim is to promote best practices, ethics and professionalism.
